By Signing Up To Be A Sponsor Attorney, you are agreeing to the Following Terms of Sponsorship Agreement.  Please read carefully.

The Sponsorship agreement is between the Attorney and Genrev Media, LLC, owners and publishers of TrafficCourtPros.com and related sister domains.

TERM OF SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT:

All Sponsorship Agreements are limited in duration to month to month, and may be canceled at any time by either Party.  Refunds are not provided for partial months after cancellation. 

CONSIDERATION:

In exchange for Consideration in the form of a monthly cahs or other acceptable payment to be determined by location, Genrev Media, LLC will provide the following to the Sponsor Attorney:

• Advertising space at the side of the local page sponsored by Attorney
• The exclusive right to Receive, Review and Respond to Requests for Case Reviews (Requests) from our Users for problems in the area
• All telephone calls to our local (800) phone numbers to your office (with or without screening) for problems in your area
• The right and ability to publish a 1 page Attorney Biography on the local page(s)
• The right and ability to publish and edit a blog with RSS Feed on the local page(s)

Sponsor Attorneys are required to have: 1) current license to practice law in the local sponsor area; 2) sufficient experience in court to be able to effectively handle misdemeanor cases; and effective web and email skills to allow effective use of the Requests.  Genrev Media, LLC reserves the right to reject or terminate any sponsor Attorney with or without casue at any time.

Sponsor Attorneys agree to make good faith efforts to abide by the TrafficCourtPros.com Case Review Policies as published on the site.

PRICE MAY CHANGE WITH MARKET CONDITIONS:

Sponsor Attorney acknowledges and understands that the number of Requests for Case Reviews a sponsor receives may vary in quality or volume over time.  Sponsor Attorney understands that Genrev Media, LLC may increase the price of sponsorship based upon market conditions at any time.  There is no guarantee that a local area sponsorship will be available for any duration or at any specific price.  Genrev Media, LLC will provide reasonable notice of any price increase prior to billing and allow Attorney to cancel if they reject price increase.

SPONSOR ATTORNEYS ARE INDEPENDENT, AND NOT AGENTS

Sponsor Attorney agrees that they are not agents or employees of Genrev Media, LLC or TrafficCourtPros.com, and all Attorney Services they may provide to users are done completely independently, and that Genrev Media, LLC has no involvement or control over the Attorneys work for a Client or User of TrafficCourtPros.com.

NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT:

Sponsor Attorney receive a limited license for limited use of this content and the license terminates at the end of the sponsorship period.  Attorney agrees that all information on this publication is the sole Copyright of Genreve Media, LLC and all rights are reserved.  Unauthorized distribution or copying of templates, content, pages, code or other Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited and will result in litigation.
